Customer Perspectives was born in 2004, and since then it has grown from strength to strength to become one of the UK’s primary mystery shopping agencies. In 2016 the business rebranded as 360 Perspectives to highlight its broader client offering of tailored mystery shopping and market research solutions.

Our business was formed with 3 founding principles

1. IT’S ALL ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE

We knew ‘customer satisfaction’ would not be enough. Perfect customer journey’s would need to be mapped out and measured for how companies can deliver an amazing ‘customer experience’.

2. IT’S MORE THAN JUST A NUMBER

Mystery shopping was just about getting a performance score/number – we believed it could be used for real, in-depth insight to bring genuine, tangible business improvement.

3. IT’S ABOUT MAKING WORK FUN

Our founder believed that was not just about getting a job done – it’s about enjoying what you do, enjoying who you work with and always delivering 110%.

We actively support Chestnut Tree House, the primary children’s hospice for Sussex. All our staff are given paid time to help the charity, various corporate/individual fundraising activities take place, plus strategic contributions and business consultancy services are offered.
